Wide cut and tailored to fit across the boats windscreen and wrap around the stern for a smooth fit. Suits boats with bowrails up to 250mm in height and windscreens up to 600mm in height. Double stitched overlapped seams are utilised throughout to provide an extremely tough cover while the top stitched pleated rear section adds additional strength and protection. Manufactured from Cyclone canvas, a 100% Dope dyed polyester fabric (600 denier) made of DTY yarns with the maximum UV inhibiters. Finished with DuPonts Teflon Fabric protector, resulting in a fabric that is breathable and water repellent.

Tailored pleated sections across deck structures are designed to provide an extremely good fit while a 25mm webbing is enclosed in the entire hem and is adjusted at the stern by twin metal camlock buckles for a snug fit (excluding Jumbo and Inflatable covers). An integrated air vent provides for ample airflow, reducing moisture build up and ballooning effect when towed (excluding Open boat, jumbo & inflatable cover).

The semi-custom tailored bow with double material thickness adds strength and protection over sharp objects such as cleats and bow rollers. The cover is fitted with reinforced polyester webbing loops sewn into hem at regular intervals, allowing easy fitting of the tie-down straps with cam buckles provided. Note that large diameter rope is used in the hem of Jumbo and Inflatable boat covers for strength. All semi-custom covers are supplied complete with tie-down straps with easy fit cam buckles, trailerable straps (excluding inflatable covers), and a handy mesh storage bag.
